What type of hair do you use for your wigs?
We use 100% raw Indian hair.
How are your wigs made?
Our wigs are machine stitched, customized and styled by our Creative Wig Artist in the studio.
Are your wigs glueless?
Yes, all our Perucas can be worn glueless. However, you can choose to use glue or any form of adhesive you want.
What's the difference between HD and Swiss Lace?
HD lace is made with lower denier lace (usually 20 or lower) and this typically means the lace is thinner, fragile but blends better. Swiss lace is made with a higher denier lace (30 or above) and this makes it thicker than HD lace.
What does "denier" mean?
Denier is a unit of measurement used to determine the fiber thickness of individual threads used in the creation of textiles or fabrics such as the lace on your closures. For example, if we talk about the density of a wig, a 300g wig is denser than a 200g wig. Same rules apply with denier...the lower the denier, the lighter and more fragile the lace is. Our HD lace is made with 15 & 20 Denier lace.
Why was my order cancelled?
To protect our business and our customers, we thoroughly monitor online orders in a bit to minimize fraud. We will cancel your order if the billing and shipping address on your order information doesn't match. However we understand there may be circumstances where a mismatch is not fraud related (e.g buying a Peruca as a gift or a recent re-location). If your order has been cancelled, please check the email we sent and provide the requested information so we may process your order as soon as possible.
Can I return an item that was on sale?
No. All sales are FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
