SHIPPING TIME

Once your order is received, there's a standard period of 24-48 hours to verify/confirm your payment after which your wig will ship.

  • For Hair Extensions/Ready to Ship Wigs, we will ship out within 24-96 hours after payment is confirmed. Once your order is prepared for shipping, a tracking confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please note that we aren't responsible for delivery time/date as this is solely up to the courier company.
  • We cannot ship to a postal box or a mailing center. A physical address is required and all packages are insured. Billing address and shipping address must match.
  • Signatures are required upon delivery
  • Expect delays during holidays, sales periods or unforeseen global changes.

Please be aware of your country's custom import allowances and restrictions as all customs import duties/fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

PERFECT PERUCAS will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages resulting from wrong/incomplete address information provided and thus, will not issue a refund or replacement for any package lost or stolen.

All packages come with a confirmed tracking number. We advise to follow up with your package using this tracking number. If you will not be home to receive your package on the expected delivery date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local post office. In the event of a delay, please contact the courier company.
